Reece and his young understudy (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) came today to fix our EV charger. Such a refreshing change to get a repair done so efficiently. They were both friendly and knowledgeable and are both a credit to this company. I would def. recommend them.

I had an Anderson Quartz EV charger fitted yesterday by Green Sparks. Noel contacted me via WhatsApp to arrange an installation date and once confirmed he messaged a day or so before check it was still convenient and gave me the time they would be arriving. The two lads Reece and James arrived pretty much bang on time and were both friendly and professional. They installed the charger and tidied up the small amount debris and also cleaned the newly installed cable that they had clipped to the garage wall. Talked me through the app and I was good to go. Had my charger installed this morning and couldn't be happier with the experience. The team actually arrived early, were incredibly accommodating, and were completely open to my suggestions regarding the best positioning for the unit. They took the time to explain how to use it in simple, straightforward terms and left the place absolutely spotless. Top couple of lads who are a credit to the company. Highly recommended!

Excellent professional service from Noel at Green Spark Electrics to supply and fit an Ohme EV charger. Communication from quote to invoicing was very good and kept things on track. The cost was very competitive and clearly explained. I'd mentioned that I would be happy to have an earlier appointment if one became available. Noel contacted me to let me know one had come up. I wasn't going to be home, but Noel said that wasn't an issue. On the day he video called me to confirm my instructions, then sent pictures when it was completed. Good clear instructions to operate and get the app working and connected. Job was very neat and I would recommend for sure.

Green spark fitted me a charger for my incoming new car. Noel was great with advice about the pros and cons of each charger and he gave me a comprehensive quote with all of the options. I have to say that the two lads that came to install the charger were probably the most professional tradesman I have met in a while. They answered all my questions and took time at the end to clean up after themselves before helping me set up my charger and electricity apps. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone needing an EV charger installing.
